This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Lovex mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a lightweight intimate relationship check-in tool tailored for adult users. Lovex focuses on intimate relationship interactive recording, allowing users to select exclusive relationship tasks, upload matching photos and text content, and complete private relationship check-in records to preserve daily intimate interaction moments. This policy clearly defines the standardized rules for data collection, usage, storage, protection and transmission during your use of all core interactive check-in functions of the App, protecting the legitimate privacy rights and interests of all users.

By downloading, accessing and using the App’s relationship check-in services, you voluntarily confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any clause herein, you shall immediately stop all access and use of the App.

2. User Age Eligibility

This Application is restricted to users aged 18 and older. Users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing and using the App and all its functional services. Our intimate relationship check-in and interactive recording functions are designed for adult users with full civil capacity. We do not provide services for minors, and will not actively collect, store or process any personal information and interactive content of minors. Once we detect that minor data is mistakenly collected, we will take immediate and thorough measures to permanently delete all relevant data and records. You warrant that you are an adult user legally eligible to use this service.

3. Scope of User Data Collected

We strictly abide by the principle of data minimization, only collecting limited data necessary to realize the core intimate relationship check-in function, without collecting any redundant sensitive private information. The data processing scope is limited to the following user-initiated content and basic anonymous operation data:

3.1 User Check-In Interactive Content

All original content independently created and uploaded by users for intimate relationship task check-in:

• Relationship Task Selection Records: User operation records of selecting different types of intimate relationship interactive tasks in the App.

• Check-In Photo Materials: Real-life photos uploaded by users to match and complete relationship task check-in.

• Check-In Text Records: Personal feelings, interactive descriptions and other customized text content edited and filled in by users for task check-in.

• Generated Check-In Archives: Complete intimate relationship check-in record files formed by the system based on user task selection, photo uploads and text inputs.

3.2 Basic Anonymous Operation Data

To optimize the App’s operating fluency and functional compatibility, we anonymously collect non-identifiable basic data including device model, system version, App running logs and function usage records. Such data cannot be used to identify individual user identity, and will not be associated with users’ private check-in content and interactive records.

4. Legal Purpose of Data Utilization

All collected user data is only used for legitimate and necessary service operation scenarios to ensure the stable realization and continuous optimization of intimate relationship check-in functions, with no unauthorized commercial or hidden usage:

• Fulfill core service functions: Record user’s intimate relationship task selection behaviors, store uploaded check-in photos and text content, and generate complete check-in archives for users to view and manage at any time.

• Optimize user interactive experience: Analyze anonymous operation data to continuously enrich task types, optimize content display effects and improve the overall fluency of check-in operations.

• Maintain service operational security: Identify abnormal access and malicious operation behaviors to ensure the safe and stable operation of the App’s private recording functions.

• Handle user service requests: Respond to user consultations, feedback and privacy-related inquiries through official dedicated email channels.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure Rules

Lovex adheres to a zero-disclosure principle for user private interactive data. All user intimate relationship check-in photos, text records, task records and private archive content are closed-loop managed independently by the platform. We will never sell, rent, share or transmit any user private check-in data and interactive content to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals under any normal service circumstances. The App does not embed any third-party data statistics SDK, data sharing interface or external data transmission channel.

We only disclose user data when required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings and legitimate law enforcement procedures, and all disclosed content is strictly limited to the scope required by legal provisions.

6. Data Storage & User Autonomous Control

Users’ intimate relationship check-in content belongs to exclusive private content. By default, all user uploaded photos, edited text records and generated check-in archives are stored locally on the user’s device. Without explicit independent authorization from users, the platform will not actively upload, back up or synchronize user private interactive content to remote servers. Temporary cache data generated during check-in record generation will be automatically cleared after the operation is completed to avoid redundant data retention.

Users have full independent control over all personal check-in content. You can view, edit, save, export and delete personal relationship check-in records at any time. Once deleted, the corresponding data will be completely and permanently erased with no residual backups and cannot be recovered.

7. Data Security Protection Measures

We have built a complete full-link data security protection system for user private intimate interactive content. All user content transmission and local storage processes adopt encryption protection technology to effectively prevent data leakage, tampering, loss and unauthorized access. The platform implements strict hierarchical access permission management for internal data, and no staff can privately view, obtain or export user private check-in records and interactive content, fully protecting user privacy security.

8. Non-Sensitive Data Processing Commitment

The App’s core processing logic is limited to task matching, content storage and check-in record generation. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any biometric information, geographic location information, audio data and other sensitive private information from user uploaded check-in photos and text content. All data processing behaviors only serve the basic check-in recording function, without any unauthorized sensitive data collection and analysis behaviors.

9. User Rights and Obligations

Eligible adult users enjoy complete legitimate rights over personal check-in data, including viewing right, editing right, deletion right and inquiry right. Meanwhile, users shall bear full legal responsibility for all self-uploaded photos, edited text content and published check-in records. Users undertake not to use this App to upload, create or disseminate illegal, violent, pornographic, infringing and other non-compliant content. We reserve the right to terminate the service qualification of violating users and pursue corresponding legal liabilities.

10. Cookie and Cache Mechanism

The App only uses basic local cache technology to maintain the normal loading and operation of task check-in functions, and does not use tracking Cookies, behavioral tracking tools or third-party analysis tools to record user usage habits and private preferences. Users can clear App cache through device settings at any time, which will not affect the normal use of core intimate relationship check-in functions.

11. Policy Update Mechanism

We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly in accordance with product iteration and national legal regulation updates. The latest version of the policy will be publicly displayed in the App with a clear update date. Your continued use of the App’s services after the policy update shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised policy terms.
